Definition of Customer: You are a customer if you purchase any activity from Activities-NZ Online Ltd.
1.0 Waiver of Liability
Activities-NZ Ltd denies any liability for any harm caused to the Customer whilst taking part in any activity purchased online at www.activities-nz.co.nz. All liability for health and safety will rest with the Operator supplying each activity.
1.1 Medical Conditions
It is the customer's responsibilty to advise Activities-NZ Online Ltd in writing at the time of making a booking of any medical condition or disability which requires any special treatment or attention. Activities-NZ Ltd reserves the right to decline your booking on the grounds that your safety could be compromised.
2.0 Operator Failure
If the Operator fails to provide the activity purchased by the Customer, the customer may be entitled to a refund or another activity of the same cost with that Operator in replacement of the one not provided. This is at Activities-NZ Online Ltd's discretion as some activities can be dependent on certain factors e.g weather.
3.0 Customer Failure
If the Customer fails to attend or is late for the activity they have purchased then they will not be entitled to any refund or any other activity in replacement of the one they missed.
4.0 Cancellation
4.1 If the Customer wishes to cancel for whatever reason then they can only do so if they give a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the commencement of the activity they have purchased. In such cases the Customer will be entitled to a maximum refund of 80% of the undiscounted purchase price of that activity. Refunds of payments are entirely at the discretion of Activities-NZ Online Ltd and if granted with be paid nett of all expenses incurred.
4.2 If the Customer fails to meet this deadline and gives less than 48 hours notice of cancellation then they will not be entitled to any refund or any activity in replacement of the one cancelled.
